What you'll do
In your new role, you'll be managing the analysis of complex cross franchise and pan bank requirements, while capturing, validating and documenting business and system requirements and making sure that they are in line with key strategic principles. In the course of your work, we'll also look to you to build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.

You'll Also
- Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
- Identify and support cut-over and implementation tasks
- Trace and link business requirements to future state design
- Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project in order to validate the solution design
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in executing the user acceptance testing
The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with experience in business analysis and product delivery, who can elicit, document, and manage business requirements, turning stakeholder needs into clear data product requirements, user stories, process flows, and future-state designs that deliver real business value.
You'll also bring a collaborative approach to working across Retail CIO, business domains, product teams, technology stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, with an understanding of modern data platforms and how to keep delivery aligned to strategic priorities.

You'll Also Need
- Experience defining priorities and driving delivery across multiple stakeholder groups
- Knowledge of data products, data governance, and Data Mesh principles
- Experience supporting Agile delivery and maintaining requirements traceability
- A background in user acceptance testing, implementation planning, and quality assurance
- The ability to support testing and adoption throughout the product lifecycle
- Strong communication skills for engaging both business and technology audiences
