About The Role
The role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and skilled IT professional to join Spectrum IT Recruitment Limited as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT talent across various technical disciplines. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional service throughout the hiring process. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and talent acquisition. As a Senior Consultant, you will also mentor junior team members, contribute to business development activities, and help shape the company’s recruitment approach to stay ahead in a competitive market.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field. A strong understanding of the technology sector, including familiarity with various IT roles and skill sets, is essential. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike. A proven track record of successful placements and the ability to work under pressure are highly desirable. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory. Certifications in recruitment or HR management will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
As a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and your professional network, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
- Conducting interviews, assessing technical skills, and verifying candidate credentials.
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve recruitment processes, contribute to strategic planning, and participate in industry events to enhance Spectrum IT Recruitment Limited’s market presence.
- Mentoring junior staff and providing guidance on best practices.
