Passionate about process improvement, stakeholder engagement and delivering real business value? Join our TIDE team as a Business Analyst.

TIDE, part of the Anglian Water Group, supports a portfolio of innovative businesses operating in dynamic markets. We're looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our TIDE team, helping to shape and deliver technology-enabled change across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand challenges, define requirements and deliver meaningful improvements that support our strategic objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand requirements, analyse processes and help deliver projects that create real value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to capture business requirements.
  • Gathering, analysing, validating and documenting business, technical and operational requirements.
  • Producing functional and technical specifications that support successful project delivery.
  • Creating AS-IS and TO-BE process maps and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting solution design by working with technical teams, service designers and subject matter experts.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and helping resolve conflicting requirements.
  • Assisting with user acceptance testing, including scenario development and test script support.
  • Supporting the development of strategic roadmaps and contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
