Overview
We are looking for an analytical and motivated Business Analyst to join a remote UK-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional who enjoys analysing business requirements, improving processes and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Document processes, workflows and business needs.
- Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
- Support project planning, testing and implementation activities.
- Analyse data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and document business requirements.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with data, reports and business processes.
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders remotely.
- Knowledge of Excel, reporting or business analysis tools is beneficial.
- Degree or relevant qualification in Business, Management, IT, Finance or a related field is advantageous.
