About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team at The Phoenix Partnership. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative healthcare software applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for healthcare technology, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that directly improve healthcare delivery and patient care.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development, preferably within the healthcare or related sectors, is essential. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, along with familiarity with database management systems like SQL Server or Oracle, is required. Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new technologies are critical for success in this role. Additionally, effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are highly valued.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality healthcare software applications that align with client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, clinicians, and other developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of reliable and secure software products.
- Maintain and improve existing applications by troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and implementing new features.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices to continuously enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Participate in project planning, documentation, and technical discussions to support project success and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards throughout the development process.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed, ensuring smooth adoption and integration of new solutions.
