Business Analyst
An innovative organisation in the financial services space is looking for a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will support a major technology and business transformation programme, working across complex change initiatives to deliver strategic solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Elicit, analyse, document and manage complex business and solution requirements across large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, validate solutions and build consensus.
- Produce key analysis artefacts including process maps, user stories, data models, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct current and future state analysis, impact assessments and business process improvement activities.
- Work closely with development and testing teams to define, prioritise and manage product backlogs.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience within banking or financial services environments delivering change initiatives.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modelling, and business analysis methodologies.
- Experience working across Agile, Product-led or Waterfall delivery environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and detailed analysis artefacts.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the UK and hold active SC Clearance.

What's On Offer
- Salary: £550 - £650 per day
- Initial 6-month contract duration
- Hybrid working model in London
