Role Description
The Business Analyst role at Xanadrome is a full-time, remote position focused on understanding client business needs and translating them into clear requirements and actionable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Analyzing current processes and capabilities
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks
- Collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Facilitating workshops and interviews
- Creating process maps, models, and specifications that support transformation and cyber security initiatives
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Supporting solution design and implementation
- Contributing to continuous improvement
- Ensuring that recommendations are practical, scalable, and aligned with client objectives

Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: To interpret data, evaluate processes, and derive clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Business Analysis and Business Requirements Skills: To elicit, document, and manage requirements in a structured and traceable manner.
- Business Process Skills: To model, map, and optimize workflows using relevant notations and tools.
- Communication Skills: To engage stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and present complex information in a clear and concise way.
- Experience with enterprise and business architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, BPMN) or similar frameworks is beneficial.
- Familiarity with cyber security concepts and services (e.g., penetration testing, red teaming) is an advantage.
- Proficiency with business analysis and modeling tools (such as Visio, BIZZdesign, EA Sparx, or comparable platforms) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and collaborate across distributed teams.
