The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing technology and product delivery team within a leading UK organisation undergoing significant digital transformation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analysis professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys shaping strategic outcomes, and can bridge the gap between business objectives and technology delivery. You will play a key role in driving change, improving customer and business outcomes, and helping maximise the value of Salesforce and related technology platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead analysis of complex business challenges across multiple teams, processes and technology platforms.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to identify business needs and opportunities.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements and delivery outcomes.
- Develop current-state and future-state process models, operating models and capability assessments.
- Define and manage epics, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria within agile delivery teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers and UX specialists to shape solutions.
- Ensure regulatory, business and customer requirements are fully understood and traceable through delivery.
- Support product prioritisation by balancing business value, risk, technical constraints and dependencies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
