Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce & Analytics) – London SW1W 0SR (Hybrid)

At Verisure, we protect what matters most. As the #1 Alarm Company in the UK, Europe and Latin America, we support over 5 million customers worldwide, and we’re growing fast.

Recognised as a UK Top Employer 2026 (for the third year running), this is a great time to join one of the UK’s fastest growing consumer services businesses.

The Role:

With Salesforce newly implemented across the organisation, this is a rare opportunity to shape the platform from day one and influence how a large commercial team adopts it. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business to drive data-led decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and increase accuracy across sales processes.

This is a high-visibility role where your analysis and recommendations will directly shape sales performance and wider operational decision making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
