About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled [Job Title] to join our team at Hays.   • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across various disciplines.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to facilitate efficient interview processes and candidate selection.
  • Participate in business development activities to expand Hays' client base and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
