Aqovia is an international technology firm and strategic incubator engineering impact across AI, data, and bespoke software solutions. We are looking for an operational right-hand to our UK Operations Manager, someone to take proactive ownership of complex internal challenges, bridge technical and commercial teams, and drive business velocity.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Initiatives: Own internal operational projects end-to-end, removing bottlenecks and translating concepts into actionable solutions.
- Bridge Strategy & Tech: Orchestrate content between technical architects and commercial teams, supporting pre-sales, client-facing decks, and partner management (NDAs/MSAs).
- Design & Systematise: Build interactive wireframes, process flows, and presentation materials using Figma and Miro while establishing a single source of truth for team documentation.
- Track Velocity: Evaluate workflows, manage deliverable timelines, and deliver executive summaries directly to leadership.

What You Bring
- Business Analysis Expertise: Proven experience in requirements gathering, workflow optimisation, and milestone execution.
- Design & Visual Skills: Hands-on ability with Figma and Miro to create visual prototypes, wireframes, and process maps.
- AI Tooling Savvy: Experience leveraging AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, automated workflows) to accelerate analysis and documentation.
- Commercial & Tech Literacy: Ability to understand technical concepts and align them with commercial outcomes.
- Ownership Mindset: Exceptional initiative, accountability, and clear communication skills to present to executive stakeholders.
