About the Role
Are you a proactive problem solver who loves bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution? We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT Delivery and Change Team.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and the wider Change function. You will collaborate across internal and third-party teams to capture, challenge, and manage requirements, ensuring our solutions align with strategic goals and land within agreed time, cost, and quality standards.
You will also get to actively contribute to the vibrant easyJet Business Analysis community, sharing knowledge and shaping the future of our BA practices.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Requirement Management: Elicit, define, and prioritised requirements using techniques like MoSCoW, interviews, and facilitated workshops.
- End-to-End Analysis: Lead the analysis phase of projects across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Impact & Risk Assessment: Evaluate the time, cost, and effort of changes. Conduct structured analysis (flow diagrams, data models, integration use cases) to map out dependencies, risks, and assumptions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Application Support, Data Management, InfoSec, SD&T, and Architecture teams to design secure, compliant, and business-aligned solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships across the business to manage expectations and secure acceptance on benefits analysis.
- Tooling & Documentation: Own high-quality project documentation using standard templates and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

What We’re Looking For (Key Skills)
- Methodology Versatility: Proficient in creating Agile deliverables (epics, user stories, product backlogs) and Waterfall documentation (BRDs, functional specs, process maps).
- Technical & Process Mapping: Skilled in documenting current/future-state processes, data flow diagrams, data models, and use cases.
- Communication & Facilitation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to both technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels.
- Core BA Competencies: Strong strategic thinking, workshop facilitation, domain modelling, and a lateral-thinking mindset.
- Adaptability: A methodical yet flexible approach, comfortable operating under pressure within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bonus Points If You Have (Desirable)
- Experience within the Aviation or Travel industry (ideally within operational domains).
- Significant experience across the full delivery lifecycle (from business case development and RFIs/RFPs through to UAT testing and benefits realisation).
- Experience working in hybrid or scaled delivery frameworks.
