Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About you

We're looking for someone with a genuinely analytical brain.

You don't need to know every answer. What's important is how you go about finding it. When presented with a problem, you'll naturally break it down into logical steps. You'll think about the questions you need to answer, the data you need, how you'll interrogate it, and the techniques you can use to get there.

You'll be able to give examples of how you've used data and different analytical techniques to solve problems, test assumptions, and uncover insights.

You'll be advanced in Excel, with Power BI or similar being beneficial.

Most importantly, you'll be naturally curious. You'll probably learn new tools, techniques, and skills in your own time simply because you enjoy it.

This is a fast-growing team of around 20 people. You'll work directly with senior leadership, the Board, and investors and have real influence over how decisions are made.

If you genuinely love data, analysis, and figuring things out, we'd love to hear from you.
