Business Analyst – Financial Services

Camino Search is currently partnering with a financial services client based in Bristol hiring for a Business Analyst.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and scaling business, collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple functions to help build a new platform proposition which will improve the client experience.

You will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting key processes, and supporting the product and technology teams with real accountability for outcomes and delivery.

  • Understand how a process works and challenge where it could work better
  • Turn conversations and ideas into clear briefs, requirements and actions
  • Work closely with stakeholders and technology teams to get things moving
  • Help shape and roll out new platforms and ways of working
  • Get comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and Microsoft tools
