Business Analyst (Technology)

I have partnered with a well established and rapidly evolving consumer focused organisation that is investing heavily in digital transformation and technology innovation. As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Technology) to join a growing Digital & Technology Transformation function.

This role sits at the heart of Product and Engineering, translating business and product requirements into clear, actionable deliverables that enable the successful development of digital products, platforms and customer experiences.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping scalable digital solutions, working across mobile applications, internal platforms, integrations, APIs and data-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate product requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and process flows.
  • Lead backlog refinement sessions with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
  • Analyse and document business processes, customer journeys, system integrations, APIs and data flows.
  • Identify technical dependencies, risks, impacts and gaps before development commences.
  • Define and document data requirements, ownership and quality standards.
  • Support product prioritisation and technical decision-making through analysis and insight.
  • Ensure requirements and documentation remain clear, consistent and reusable.
  • Support testing activities and investigate system defects and production issues.
  • Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to deliver business and technology solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
