Position Overview
Job Title: Lead Business Analyst
Location: London, United Kingdom
Work Mode: Hybrid - 2 Days week from office
Type of Role: Contract (3-6 Months)

Notice Period Preference: Immediate to 1 Week
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Order Management, Service Orchestration, and Fulfilment within the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS ecosystems and have extensive experience translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions while collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Drive requirement workshops and facilitate discussions between business and technical teams.
- Analyze end-to-end telecom order journeys spanning order capture, orchestration, provisioning, and fulfilment.
- Create process flows, business models, use cases, wireframes, and solution documentation.
- Support solution design activities by translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Ensure alignment of requirements with Telecom BSS/OSS architecture and business objectives.
- Participate in system integration, UAT planning, defect triage, and production validation activities.
- Collaborate with programme managers, architects, developers, testers, and third-party vendors throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in business processes and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support Agile delivery teams through backlog grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition.
