Business Analyst - TPRM

Remote (UK)

Albany Beck is a leading consultancy specialising in Change, Transformation and Technology within Financial Services. We partner with some of the world's most recognised financial institutions, deploying high-performing consultants onto strategic programmes and large-scale transformation initiatives.

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) transformation programme. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering operating model improvements across a complex, highly regulated environment.

Working as an Albany Beck consultant, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across risk, procurement, operations, technology and business functions to define future-state processes, governance structures and control frameworks that strengthen how third-party and supplier risk is managed across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities across a large-scale Third Party Risk Management transformation programme.
  • Develop and document future-state operating models, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and regulatory expectations.
  • Analyse and redesign end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, governance and risk management.
  • Produce detailed process maps, workflows and operating procedures covering both standard and exception scenarios.
  • Define roles, responsibilities and accountability models, including the creation of RACI frameworks.
  • Work closely with business and technology teams to translate operating model designs into clear business and functional requirements.
  • Support the development of workflow tooling, reporting capabilities and management information requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, challenge existing processes and achieve consensus on future-state solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments across people, process and technology, identifying impacts, dependencies and implementation considerations.
  • Establish and document governance structures, control frameworks and decision-making processes.
  • Produce high-quality programme artefacts, including requirements documentation, process designs, decision logs, traceability matrices and governance papers.
  • Partner with project managers, PMO teams and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Support Design Authority and governance forums through the preparation of documentation, recommendations and stakeholder presentations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
