Business Analyst (Legal / Case Management Systems)
£500 per day (Outside IR35)
6-Month Contract
Fully Remote with Occasional Travel to London/Manchester office
We're currently seeking experienced Business Analysts to join a major transformation programme within the legal sector. This is an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of a new case management system, helping to shape business processes and requirements during a critical discovery phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery activities to understand and document current ("as-is") business processes.
- Define and map future-state ("to-be") processes and requirements.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand existing case management workflows.
- Support the implementation of a new case management platform, ideally ShareDo.
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, process maps, and documentation.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on system transformation or case management programmes.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience documenting both as-is and to-be processes.
- Background working within the legal sector or legal services environment.
- Experience with case management systems.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience working with ShareDo.
- Experience supporting discoveries for legal or regulated environments.
Contract Details
- 6-month contract
- ASAP start
- Outside IR35
- Fully remote, with occasional travel to UK offices (including London and Manchester) to review and understand existing processes.
