Business Analyst Opportunity
I’m currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major technology and data transformation programme.
🔐 Active SC Clearance is essential
Role: Business Analyst
Rate: Up to £350 per day
Locations: Newcastle / Manchester / Leeds
Travel: Some travel to Blackpool, potentially at least once per week
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with strong experience across data, information protection and Microsoft 365.
You’ll work closely with data, analytics and technology teams, supporting a programme focused on data movement protection and information security, taking work from Discovery through to Alpha.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse and define business and technical requirements
- Support business process improvement and transformation
- Work closely with stakeholders across data, analytics and technology
- Build strong stakeholder and relationship management
- Support data protection and information security initiatives
- Analyse data movement and protection requirements
- Work across Microsoft 365 environments
- Support delivery involving Microsoft Purview Information Protection
- Work with Email, SharePoint and Teams
- Contribute to Discovery and Alpha deliverables

Essential Experience
- ✅ Strong Business Analysis background
- ✅ Active SC Clearance
- ✅ Data / Information Security Business Analysis experience
- ✅ Requirements elicitation and documentation
- ✅ Business process improvement
- ✅ Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- ✅ Microsoft 365 experience
- ✅ Microsoft Purview Information Protection
- ✅ SharePoint, Teams and Email
- ✅ Experience working through Discovery to Alpha
- ⭐ Experience within a large, complex organisation is highly desirable.
