Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: London
Job Type: 6 Month Contract/ Full-Time
Company: Loop Horizon
About Loop Horizon:
Loop Horizon is a boutique consultancy, providing expert advice and services to world leading brands to assist their transition to a data-driven marketing future.
With specialists in Digital, Data & Analytics, MarTech and Marketing, we are predominantly ex-client side. Having delivered data-driven marketing before enables our clients to deliver more, faster and avoid missteps.
Our success is built through enduring relationships with our clients by focussing on outcome-based deliverables. We focus on enabling clients with data and technology capability and supporting their internal teams through strategy, planning, delivery and adopting new ways of working.
Job Overview:
As a Business Analyst you will work closely with clients, product owners, data teams, and MarTech stakeholders to capture business requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and support the delivery of targeted, real-time personalised experiences across digital channels.
You will play a key role in understanding the customer journey, mapping data and content requirements, and supporting the tracking and measurement frameworks that monitor success. You'll report to the Principal BA and work as part of an experienced technology team, with direct client exposure across concurrent engagements. This role sits at the intersection of data, marketing, and technology. We're looking for someone equally comfortable across all three.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
