Business Analysts could play a central role in bridging technology and business needs, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions that drive organisational change. About The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to register your interest in Business Analyst positions within a dynamic, collaborative environment. What You Would Do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements from stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Mapping current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement or automation
  • Conducting systems analysis to understand how applications, data pipelines and infrastructure support business goals
  • Performing data requirements gathering and quality analysis to ensure data integrity and usability
  • Creating documentation using industry-standard formats such as BPMN, UML and process models
  • Engaging stakeholders at various levels to understand pain points, validate solutions and manage expectations
  • Supporting the definition of acceptance criteria and test scenarios for new systems or changes
  • Analysing financial and operational impact of proposed improvements or system implementations
  • Contributing to the evaluation of technology platforms, integrations and architectural decisions

What You Could Bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

Must-have

  • 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar requirements-gathering, process-mapping or systems analysis role
  • Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of process mapping methodologies and tools (BPMN, UML or equivalent)
  • Understanding of systems architecture, APIs, microservices and integration patterns
  • Experience analysing data requirements and data quality in operational or analytical contexts
  • Familiarity with financial or operational process improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with ability to translate between business and technical audiences

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) or containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with modern development practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code with Terraform)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP S/4HANA or SAP RISE
  • Experience with data pipeline design or data quality frameworks
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI
  • CSDR, QMS or related quality/compliance experience
