What You Would Do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements from stakeholders across multiple teams
- Mapping current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement or automation
- Conducting systems analysis to understand how applications, data pipelines and infrastructure support business goals
- Performing data requirements gathering and quality analysis to ensure data integrity and usability
- Creating documentation using industry-standard formats such as BPMN, UML and process models
- Engaging stakeholders at various levels to understand pain points, validate solutions and manage expectations
- Supporting the definition of acceptance criteria and test scenarios for new systems or changes
- Analysing financial and operational impact of proposed improvements or system implementations
- Contributing to the evaluation of technology platforms, integrations and architectural decisions

What You Could Bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
Must-have
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar requirements-gathering, process-mapping or systems analysis role
- Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of process mapping methodologies and tools (BPMN, UML or equivalent)
- Understanding of systems architecture, APIs, microservices and integration patterns
- Experience analysing data requirements and data quality in operational or analytical contexts
- Familiarity with financial or operational process improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with ability to translate between business and technical audiences
Nice-to-have
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) or containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with modern development practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code with Terraform)
- Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP S/4HANA or SAP RISE
- Experience with data pipeline design or data quality frameworks
- Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI
- CSDR, QMS or related quality/compliance experience
