We’re partnering with a leading housing association in the Midlands to recruit a Finance Business Analyst at an exciting time of transformation.

With major organisational change ahead and an ERP replacement programme starting in the coming months, this is a fantastic opportunity to join at the start of a significant business and technology journey.

You’ll play a key role in shaping processes, defining requirements and supporting the delivery of a new ERP solution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder Management – Manage stakeholder engagement, requirements and communication across business and ERP teams
  • Process Analysis – Analyse processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and standardisation
  • Requirements & Solutions – Translate business needs into system requirements and define future-state solutions
  • ERP Implementation – Coordinate ERP configuration, development and system integration activities
  • Testing & Resolution – Support testing, validate solutions and drive defects and functional issues to resolution
  • Risk & Problem Solving – Identify risks, remove obstacles and drive issues through to successful resolution

About You

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst within Finance and HR environments
  • Strong understanding of core Finance and HR business processes
  • Proven experience delivering ERP implementations across the full project lifecycle
  • Experience supporting and delivering data migration activities
  • Experienced in workshop design, planning and facilitation
  • Strong experience in AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping and analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

What’s on offer

  • Annual salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (+ benefits)
  • Contract type: Fixed term, until Apr 2028
  • Location: West Midlands
  • Hybrid working – typically 1/2 days per week in the office, with increased flexibility considered once established within the project
