We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Analyst.
Based at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool, you'll play a key role in understanding business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the delivery of solutions that drive business performance.
This role would suit a Business Analyst who enjoys working with stakeholders, analysing processes and delivering practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
The Role Will Include
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Analysing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting the design and implementation of business solutions
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business and IT teams
- Supporting testing activities to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Producing clear and accurate documentation
- Analysing data and producing reports to support decision-making
- Supporting projects through delivery and implementation

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working across multiple teams and projects
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement
