Business Analyst - Wealth Management - £680-£780 per day

You are stepping into one of the most significant transformation programmes in wealth management right now.

This is a long term programme of work, which means you are not parachuting in to fix one small thing and move on. You are here for the duration, working across a business that is modernising its platforms, processes and operating model from the ground up. That gives you the kind of end to end project exposure that is genuinely hard to find.

The company is a leading name in wealth management and the scale of what they are doing internally is substantial. You will be embedded in a programme that touches every part of how the business operates, analysing requirements, shaping solutions and working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to make sure the right things get built in the right way.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will be doing the full business analyst role here. Workshops, process mapping, requirements, gap analysis, working with tech teams and the business side in equal measure. The breadth of the programme means no two months look the same.

To be the right fit for this, you will have a strong background as a business analyst within financial services, specifically wealth management. Financial crime knowledge is essential here, whether that is across AML, KYC, transaction monitoring or related areas. The programme touches this space directly and you need to hit the ground running.
