The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major business transformation programme with a leading organisation in Bracknell. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technical specialists to understand business needs, define requirements and support the delivery of new processes and solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working in a complex transformation environment and is confident engaging with stakeholders across both business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives and challenges.
- Gather, analyse and document clear business and functional requirements.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for delivery teams.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Work closely with technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support solution design and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across different levels of the organisation.
- Identify dependencies, risks and potential impacts across business processes.
- Support testing, implementation and transition activities where required.

Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within a transformation or change environment.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience.
- Excellent business process analysis and mapping skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience working with technical, project and delivery teams.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and structured documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working across the full project lifecycle.
- Automotive industry experience would be desirable.
- Experience within data or technology transformation would be advantageous.

The Programme
The role forms part of a wider business and data transformation programme, focused on improving processes, information management and the way data is used across the organisation. The programme will also support future AI adoption, creating opportunities to work on projects with longer-term strategic impact.
