Job Title: Business Analyst

6 Month Contract

Warwick (2/3 days onsite)

Are you a passionate and analytical thinker with a knack for transforming complex data into actionable insights? Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Analyst who can drive meaningful changes and support their vision for digital transformation. If you thrive in collaborative environments and have a genuine interest in optimising business processes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a consistent, quantitative baseline for condition monitoring across the organisation.
  • Provide a solid evidence base for the development of the Condition Monitoring Strategy.
  • Clarify the business purpose and value of condition data collection activities.
  • Identify asset management decisions enabled by existing condition information.
  • Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and related process improvement techniques to enhance operations.
  • Support maturity assessments and baseline reviews for ongoing projects.
  • Document user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Inform future capability, process, data, and technology improvement priorities.
  • Engaging with stakeholders on project features and benefits management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent understanding of technical documentation and asset information requirements.
  • Knowledge of transmission assets and systems is a plus!
