Job Title: Business Analyst
6 Month Contract
Warwick (2/3 days onsite)
Are you a passionate and analytical thinker with a knack for transforming complex data into actionable insights? Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Analyst who can drive meaningful changes and support their vision for digital transformation. If you thrive in collaborative environments and have a genuine interest in optimising business processes, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a consistent, quantitative baseline for condition monitoring across the organisation.
- Provide a solid evidence base for the development of the Condition Monitoring Strategy.
- Clarify the business purpose and value of condition data collection activities.
- Identify asset management decisions enabled by existing condition information.
- Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and related process improvement techniques to enhance operations.
- Support maturity assessments and baseline reviews for ongoing projects.
- Document user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Inform future capability, process, data, and technology improvement priorities.
- Engaging with stakeholders on project features and benefits management.

What We’re Looking For:
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of technical documentation and asset information requirements.
- Knowledge of transmission assets and systems is a plus!
