Role: Business Analyst with Data Modelling
Location: London
Hybrid Mode
Job Overview:
As a Business Analyst with Data Modelling, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to support our clients' strategic initiatives. You will work closely with our team of consultants and senior management to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analyses to identify patterns and trends that can inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain data models to support various business functions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop reports and data visualizations to meet their needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on data and provide insights and recommendations to improve data quality and accuracy.
- Present data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas to improve our data analysis capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst and 6+ years in data analysis and data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to think critically and identify patterns and trends in complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
