Business Analyst

TPT are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Business Change team, delivering high‑quality analysis across a varied portfolio of business, operational and digital change.

Your initial primary assignment will be a significant CRM initiative where you will work across the change lifecycle to understand business and user needs, define future processes and journeys, shape requirements and support the delivery and adoption of an effective CRM solution. Longer term, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills across other initiatives, including portals, internal applications, process improvement and wider digital change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities for the CRM initiative and, longer term, other business, operational and digital change initiatives.
  • Understand the business problem, strategic objectives, user needs and intended outcomes before defining requirements or solutions.
  • Analyse end-to-end customer, colleague and operational journeys, including processes, workflows, data, integrations, controls, reporting and exception scenarios.
  • Translate business needs into clear analysis artefacts such as:
    • Process maps (As‑Is / To‑Be)
    • User stories and acceptance criteria
    • User journey maps and workflow models
    • Business cases and impact assessments
  • Maintain clear traceability between business objectives, requirements, solution decisions and testing outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, UX/UI designers, developers, testers, operational teams and third-party delivery partners.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to validate requirements and options
  • Support delivery in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments, including backlog refinement and prioritisation
  • Own BA input into testing and UAT, ensuring solutions meet requirements and deliver an intuitive user experience
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to analysis and escalate appropriately
  • Support implementation and business readiness by identifying impacts across people, processes, data, controls, training, communications, support arrangements and operational ownership.
  • Ensure compliance with information security, data protection, and governance standards

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
