Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support business and technology transformation programmes. You will work with business stakeholders, Product Owners, project teams, and technical resources to gather, analyse, and document requirements, improve business processes, and support the successful delivery of Agile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyse, validate, and document business and system requirements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to define current and future-state processes.
  • Produce business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, Test Teams, and Project Managers throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, defect management, and solution validation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven Business Analyst experience delivering large-scale business or technology transformation programmes.
  • Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience supporting testing, business readiness, and multiple concurrent priorities.

Technical Skills

  • Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, with Power BI and process modelling tools considered advantageous.

Desirable Experience

  • Digital transformation, cloud or application delivery projects, business process improvement, consulting or client-facing environments, and cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate

A proactive, delivery-focused Business Analyst with excellent stakeholder management skills, Agile experience, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, high-quality solutions while driving successful transformation outcomes.
