🚨 We're Hiring | Senior Business Analyst – Business Transformation 🚨 📍 Location: Warwick, UK (Remote – Candidates must be based in the UK) 📅 Contract Duration: 6 Months 💷 Rate: £300/day (Inside IR35)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-impact business transformation programme. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in driving business change, process optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and operating model transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements
- Analyse and redesign business processes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across business and technology teams
- Support business transformation and organisational change initiatives
- Create process maps, business requirements, and supporting documentation
- Drive benefits realisation and governance activities
- Support implementation and adoption of new business processes
