Position and Workplace

Contract role based in London with hybrid working. The contract runs until December 2026 and is inside IR35.

About The Role

The Business Analyst bridges business needs with technical and process solutions.

The role focuses on understanding processes, identifying improvements, and translating requirements into actions for projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements and Data Insights

  • Engage stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Translate needs into actionable requirements for business cases and project scoping.
  • Use data to validate assumptions and support decision-making.

Process and Solution Improvement

  • Document current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improved workflows.
  • Translate requirements into specifications, evaluate solutions, and support proofs of concept and feasibility studies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments.

Communication and Delivery

  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams and facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions.
  • Produce requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and business case inputs.
  • Support test plans, user acceptance testing, change impact assessments, training, and post-implementation support.

Candidate Requirements

  • Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously to a high standard.
  • Break down complex problems into clear components.
  • Gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
  • Create user stories, requirements documentation, and process flows.
  • Use process improvement frameworks efficiently.
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work in an international and cross-cultural environment.
  • Be familiar with project management tools.

Preferred Analytical Skills

  • Experience working with large datasets and strong Excel skills are preferred.
  • Candidates should be able to learn new tools quickly and independently.
