Business Analyst – FTC (9–12 Months)

We're supporting a well-known retail brand in the search for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major digital transformation programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience working across retail, eCommerce, bookings, reservations, or customer experience platforms.

- Gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Running workshops with stakeholders across the business.
- Creating user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Working closely with development and testing teams to deliver successful digital solutions.
- Supporting business process improvements and change initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
We're looking for someone with:
- 3+ years' Business Analysis experience.
- A background in retail, eCommerce, bookings, reservations, or similar customer-focused industries.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working in Agile and fast-paced project environments.
- The ability to translate business requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.
