Business Analyst - Transformation Programme - Public Sector - Hybrid Working (West Midlands) - 6 Month FTC - £400-450 per day
Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a background in transformations? Comfortable running workshops and eliciting requirements, as well as business process and business case development?
I'm interested in speaking to experienced BAs with a strong transformation track record who can hit the ground running on programme that is right at the start of its development. This is a contract role supporting the delivery of transformation, service improvement and organisational change initiatives, acting as the vital link between business operations, data, technology and transformation activity.

You'll be conducting discovery and analysis work to investigate business problems and service pressures.

Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement to gather and validate requirements.

Maintaining traceability of those requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Reviewing, mapping and improving existing business processes and customer journeys.

Identifying opportunities for simplification and redesign.
We need someone with repeatable experience of developing business cases, options appraisals and cost-benefit analysis, and who understands how to identify, document and monitor benefits through to realisation, not just at the point of sign-off. You'll be working closely with senior stakeholders, project managers and specialist teams, so strong influencing skills and the credibility to provide constructive challenge are essential.
