Join us as a Senior Business Analyst (SC Cleared) at Peregrine Resourcing.

How Specialist Talent Works:

At Peregrine, we find the best talent for our clients. As a permanent employee of Peregrine, with access to all our standard benefits, you will be deployed across our portfolio of clients as a specialist consultant, working on a wide array of complex projects across multiple industries.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Senior Business Analyst to join a high-profile change and transformation function operating within a secure, regulated environment. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will set the strategic direction for business analysis across major programmes, working in partnership with senior stakeholders to define, refine and deliver impactful business change.

Due to the nature of the work, this role requires active SC Clearance. Candidates must already hold SC Clearance or be eligible and willing to undergo and maintain clearance. You will act as the central point of contact for business analysis across allocated programmes, driving operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, supporting transformation initiatives, and enhancing overall business performance. In addition, you will champion Business Analysis best practice, mentor junior colleagues, and help shape and mature the wider Business Change capability.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the strategic direction for Business Analysis across assigned programmes and projects.
  • Lead the identification, analysis and documentation of business requirements using workshops, interviews and document analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process models, identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation.
  • Provide clear traceability from business requirements through to solution design and implementation.
  • Oversee development of functional specifications, user stories and testing artefacts.
  • Lead end-to-end BA planning including forecasting, demand and capacity management.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives.
  • Support change management activities including communications, training and adoption planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational KPIs, providing data-driven insights to leadership teams.
  • Provide line or matrix management to Business Analysts within programme teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
