🚨 Business Analyst / Commercial Finance Analyst – Creative & Technology Organisation 🚨
£60,000 – £65,000 | South Kensington | Hybrid – 3 days in the office
We Do Group are partnering with an exciting government-backed creative and technology organisation to recruit a highly analytical and commercially minded Business Analyst / Commercial Finance Analyst to join their newly formed team.
The organisation has been established to create a secure and trusted marketplace connecting UK creative and cultural content owners with AI developers and data customers, helping unlock the value of British creative content while supporting innovation across the technology sector.
This is an opportunity to join at a hugely exciting stage of its journey and become the go-to person for data, analysis and performance insight across the organisation.
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply produce reports and send them on. You’ll be expected to get underneath the data, identify trends and opportunities, form opinions and turn your analysis into recommendations that influence real business decisions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You’ll need advanced Excel skills, ideally alongside Power BI or other data visualisation tools, and the confidence to turn complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
Above all, you’ll be analytical, commercially curious and proactive, with the confidence to challenge ideas and influence decisions.
This is a data-heavy, Excel-heavy analytical role with business partnering exposure – rather than a traditional business partnering position with a small amount of analysis.
If you love getting underneath the numbers, building dashboards, spotting trends and turning data into commercial insight, while working within an organisation operating at the intersection of culture, technology and AI, this could be a fantastic next move.
