Job Description:
Role: Senior Business Analyst in Insurance/Finance Domain
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience, including 10+ year’s experience to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams while understanding insurance processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable (AR) & Finance Process Ownership:
- Premium invoicing
- Cash allocation and receipt
- Broker collections and settlements
- Credit control and ageing
- Unallocated cash analysis
- Define workflows for:
- Payment matching (manual / automated)
- Suspense account handling
- Reconciliation with underwriting systems
- Collaborate with Finance teams to improve:
- AR reporting
- DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Revenue leakage prevention
- Data & Reporting:
- Define and validate:
- AR dashboards and KPIs
- Financial reports (aging, collections, reconciliation)
- Work with data teams for:
- Data quality and lineage
- Integration between PAS, finance systems, and reporting layers

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Financial Reporting
- Month-End / Year-End Close Processes
- Finance Transformation / Process Improvement
- Strong Business Analysis experience in Finance domain
- Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping
- Regulatory and Compliance reporting
- Experience in Credit Control
- Experience in Digital Payment
- Financial Reporting and reconciliation experience
- SQL and Power BI Report analysis experience
- JIRA and Confluence Experience
