Job Description:

Role: Senior Business Analyst in Insurance/Finance Domain

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience, including 10+ year’s experience to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams while understanding insurance processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable (AR) & Finance Process Ownership:
    • Premium invoicing
    • Cash allocation and receipt
    • Broker collections and settlements
    • Credit control and ageing
    • Unallocated cash analysis
    • Define workflows for:
      • Payment matching (manual / automated)
      • Suspense account handling
      • Reconciliation with underwriting systems
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to improve:
    • AR reporting
    • DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
  • Revenue leakage prevention
  • Data & Reporting:
    • Define and validate:
      • AR dashboards and KPIs
      • Financial reports (aging, collections, reconciliation)
    • Work with data teams for:
      • Data quality and lineage
      • Integration between PAS, finance systems, and reporting layers

  • Strong Business Analysis experience in Finance domain
  • Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping
  • Regulatory and Compliance reporting
  • Experience in Credit Control
  • Experience in Digital Payment
  • Financial Reporting and reconciliation experience
  • SQL and Power BI Report analysis experience
  • JIRA and Confluence Experience
