About the Role
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, collaborative and solutions-focused. You'll enjoy working with people, asking the right questions and translating complex challenges into practical, effective solutions. You'll be confident engaging stakeholders at all levels, passionate about continuous improvement, and motivated by delivering meaningful change that makes a real difference to customers and the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and genuine Business Analyst who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys building relationships and wants to play a key role in shaping business and technology change.
Our central offices are in Letchworth, this role operates on a hybrid basis to include time spent weekly onsite as well as other ETEL Group locations nationally as required.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Meaningful Change
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, opportunities and desired outcomes.
- Gather, analyse and translate requirements into practical, value-driven solutions.
- Ensure solutions remain aligned to business needs from concept through to delivery.
Improve Processes & Customer Experience
- Review existing processes and customer journeys to identify improvements.
- Design smarter, more efficient ways of working that enhance user experience and business performance.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions that uncover opportunities and drive informed decision-making.
Support Successful Project Delivery
- Work closely with project, technology and business teams to assess options, manage risks and deliver successful outcomes.
- Contribute to business cases, impact assessments and governance documentation.
- Ensure requirements are understood, tested and delivered effectively.

Who We're Looking For
- Experience in Business Analysis, change delivery, operational improvement, or a similar role.
- Ability to gather and document requirements, acceptance criteria, and business processes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Clear communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders and explaining complex information simply.
- Well organised, proactive, and able to manage priorities, documentation, and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative and inquisitive, with the confidence to challenge constructively and learn from feedback.
- Understanding of technology delivery, data, testing, risk, and change management.
- Degree, relevant qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, PMO Analyst, Project Support Professional, or similar change-focused role.
- Full UK drivers licence
