About the Opportunity
We are hiring a Business Analytics Intern on behalf of one of our clients. This opportunity is designed for students, recent graduates, and aspiring Business Analysts who want to develop their analytical and business problem-solving skills while gaining practical exposure to real-world projects.
The selected candidate will work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to:

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics to identify business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing business reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Track and analyze KPIs and business performance indicators.
- Use Excel, SQL, and analytical tools to support business analysis.
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis where required.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support business decisions.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into analytical and reporting requirements.
- Assist with preparing financial, operational, sales, and performance reports.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of business reports.
- Support business teams with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Assist in documenting business processes, requirements, and analytical findings.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about developments in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence.

Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI DAX, Tableau, CRM platforms, ERP systems, cloud technologies, or Generative AI tools will be considered an advantage.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of fundamental business and data analytics concepts.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and analytical techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Academic or personal projects involving Business Analytics or Data Analysis.
- Experience working with business or real-world datasets.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of financial, sales, marketing, or operational analytics.
- Experience with Excel dashboards or reporting.
- Understanding of market research and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM or business management systems.
- A portfolio, project, dashboard, or relevant academic work is an advantage.
