Business Analytics Intern

About the Role
We are hiring a Business Analytics Intern on behalf of our client to support data-driven business initiatives and decision-making. This opportunity is suited for individuals who enjoy working with information, identifying business trends, solving problems, and translating findings into meaningful insights.
The selected candidate will work closely with business and cross-functional teams, contributing to projects that support performance improvement, strategic planning, and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and reviewing business information from multiple sources.
- Support the preparation of business reports, performance summaries, and analytical insights.
- Analyze business trends, patterns, and performance indicators to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Assist in monitoring key business metrics and preparing regular updates for stakeholders.
- Conduct research to support business planning, market analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- Help identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities within existing business processes.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand business requirements and support analytical projects.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of analysis, findings, and project activities.
- Support ad-hoc business analysis requests and special projects as required.
- Contribute ideas that can improve business processes, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
- Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Management, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in business analysis, strategy, performance improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to conduct structured research and draw logical conclusions from available information.
- Strong academic, project, or extracurricular experience demonstrating analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Candidates with academic or personal projects involving business research, market analysis, reporting, or performance analysis will be considered favorably.
