We are seeking a Business and Data Analyst
To join the Global Media, Reporting Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) and help accelerate our transformation into a performance- and data-driven Marketing organization.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the bridge between Marketing stakeholders, data teams, and business decision-makers, helping ensure that trusted insights are accessible, actionable, and aligned to measurable business outcomes.
- Work in a highly collaborative, global environment where data, analytics, AI, and business strategy come together to improve marketing effectiveness and drive growth.

What You'll Do
- Lead business analysis activities across the full lifecycle of reporting and analytics solutions, from discovery and requirements gathering through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business priorities, reporting needs, and performance questions, translating them into clear requirements and scalable solutions.
- Define and document KPIs, business rules, metric definitions, use cases, data requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with data engineers, dashboard developers, visualization specialists, AI teams, and external partners to deliver intuitive and impactful analytics solutions.
- Coordinate business validation and user acceptance testing, ensuring solutions provide accurate, trusted, and actionable insights.
- Deliver targeted analysis across marketing investment, media, web, lead, pipeline, and revenue performance, translating findings into recommendations that improve business outcomes.
- Drive stakeholder enablement and adoption through documentation, training, best-practice sharing, demonstrations, and self-service analytics capabilities.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis, marketing analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or data-driven solution delivery.
- Strong experience translating complex business needs into functional, data, technical, and reporting requirements.
- Proven experience supporting or leading BI, reporting, analytics, or data solutions from discovery through implementation and adoption.
- Experience with BI and visualization platforms, particularly Domo and Power BI, and a solid understanding of dashboard design and data visualization best practices.
- Working knowledge of SQL/MySQL and modern data environments; Python and/or R experience is beneficial.
- Experience with marketing technology and analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Sprinklr, 6Sense, or similar solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from practitioners to senior executives.
- Experience applying AI-enabled analytics, automation, and GenAI capabilities to improve insight generation, reporting, and stakeholder self-service.
- Professional English communication skills.
