Business & Digital Project Manager
12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid Working | £35,000 - £40,000
London Central & West Unscheduled Care Collaborative (LCW) is seeking an experienced and motivated Business & Digital Project Manager to join our growing Digital & PMO team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a project professional who is passionate about delivering change, improving services and driving digital transformation. Working across a diverse portfolio of business change, digital and service improvement projects, you will play a key role in helping us deliver our strategic priorities and shape the future of our services.
About the role
As Business & Digital Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of business change, digital transformation and service improvement projects from initiation through to implementation.
- Work closely with operational, clinical, corporate and digital teams to translate ideas into deliverable solutions.
- Develop and manage project plans, governance documentation, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Support the implementation and adoption of digital systems, tools and new ways of working.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and delivery partners.
- Monitor progress, benefits, budgets and outcomes, ensuring projects remain on track and deliver value.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and the development of project management best practice across the organisation.

About you
You will be:
- An experienced project manager with a proven track record of delivering business change, digital or service improvement projects.
- Confident working across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Passionate about innovation, improvement and delivering meaningful outcomes.
- Qualified in, or experienced with, recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or APM.
