PunarGen Ltd is looking for a Business & Legal Administrator to join our team.
This is a fully remote role covering legal administration, company compliance, and general business operations. You’ll work closely with a small team to put practical systems and processes in place as the company grows.
It’s a good opportunity for someone at an early stage of their career who wants broad exposure to how a growing company operates — rather than working within a narrow legal function.
What you’ll be involved in:
- Supporting company secretarial matters, including Companies House filings, statutory registers, and board documentation
- Preparing, organizing, and supporting the review of commercial contracts, NDAs, and supplier/customer agreements
- Maintaining company records, legal documents, and confidential business information
- Supporting compliance activities and liaising with external specialists where required
- Setting up and maintaining document management and filing systems
- Supporting basic GDPR and data protection administration
- Managing correspondence, scheduling, and general business administration
- Supporting supplier administration and HR-related paperwork
- Liaising with accountants, solicitors, advisors, and regulatory bodies
- Helping develop practical administrative processes as the business grows

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
