Salary: £30-36K (depending on experience) (FTE £50-£60k depending on experience)
Hours of work: 22.5 hours per week

We're looking for a visionary and strategic Business & Operations Director to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our church. This exciting role will lead our financial sustainability, commercial development, and operational strategy, ensuring our mission is well-resourced and positioned for long-term growth. Working closely with the clergy, staff, and trustees, you'll play a key role in developing new opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and helping us maximise our impact across Bradford. If you're passionate about using your leadership, business, and organisational skills to support the mission of the Church, we'd love to hear from you.
