Looking for an internship where you can gain genuine commercial experience rather than spend your time observing from the sidelines?
Talent Catch is recruiting on behalf of a growing Nottingham-based client for ambitious individuals looking to build practical experience across business development, sales, recruitment, team development and day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on opportunity designed to give you a broader understanding of how a fast-paced commercial organisation operates. You'll work alongside experienced team members, take part in structured training and develop skills that can transfer into a wide range of future careers. No previous experience is required. Training, coaching and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting business development activity and learning how new commercial opportunities are identified
- Getting involved in recruitment, candidate sourcing and interview support
- Assisting with sales activity, customer engagement and lead generation
- Working alongside team leaders on team development, performance and culture
- Supporting the administrative tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly
- Taking part in structured training focused on communication, leadership and commercial awareness
- Gaining exposure to different areas of the business rather than being limited to one department

What We're Looking For
- Ambitious, proactive individuals who are keen to learn
- Strong communication and people skills
- A genuine interest in business, sales, recruitment or leadership
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Reliable and organised individuals who are comfortable taking responsibility
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service or similar environments can be beneficial but is not essential

Earnings & Working Structure
This opportunity is based in Nottingham, and applicants should be able to commute to the client site on a regular basis. Successful applicants will operate with the client on a self-employed basis, with earnings generated through an uncapped commission-based structure rather than a fixed salary. The structure is designed to reward individual performance and provides greater control over earning potential, making it particularly suited to ambitious individuals who enjoy working towards measurable goals.
