Business Systems & Applications Manager
Surrey / Hybrid
We're looking for an experienced Business Systems & Applications professional to support, improve and modernise core business systems within a fast-paced, commercially focused organisation.
This is a hands-on role combining ERP, SQL, Power BI and business process expertise, with the opportunity to make a real impact across the business.
The Role
- Support and improve core ERP and business applications, ensuring stability, performance and data quality.
- Use SQL to extract, analyse and manage business data.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Work across sales, finance, purchasing, inventory and warehousing to improve processes and systems.
- Support system upgrades, implementations and technology projects.
- Manage relationships with external IT and software support partners.
- Provide user support, training and clear system documentation.
- Identify practical technology solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.

About You

- You'll have proven experience supporting and improving ERP or business management systems, ideally with experience across implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing support.
- You'll also bring strong SQL and reporting skills, with experience using tools such as Power BI.
- Knowledge of data integration, Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms and business processes would be advantageous.
- We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, analytical, solutions-focused and confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
