Business Applications Manager

West London | Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)
£100k - £110k
Permanent opportunity

I'm working with a well-established organisation looking to hire a Business Applications Manager to lead a small team responsible for a portfolio of enterprise platforms, integrations, and application development activities.

This is not a traditional applications governance role. The successful candidate will combine people leadership, application ownership, and stakeholder management with oversight of a development-focused team delivering enhancements, integrations, and business-critical solutions.

You'll inherit responsibility for a landscape that includes CRM, HR, and Finance platforms, alongside an integration estate built on Microsoft technologies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and developing a team responsible for business applications and integrations
  • Managing the ongoing roadmap for CRM, HR, and Finance systems
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritise delivery
  • Overseeing application development, enhancements, and releases
  • Driving system improvements, process optimisation, and technology adoption
  • Managing third-party vendors and support partners
  • Ensuring stability, performance, and security across the application estate
  • Supporting solution design and helping shape future technology direction

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
