At Hyundai and Genesis Motor UK, our digital ecosystem underpins every aspect of our business, supporting employees, retailers, training centres and our Tilbury port operations. The Business Applications Platform Analyst plays a key role in supporting, maintaining and enhancing our SAP environment, ensuring business-critical systems run effectively. Working closely with the Business Applications Manager, you'll resolve SAP issues, support users, analyse business processes, and help deliver system improvements that enable efficient day-to-day operations across Hyundai and Genesis Motor UK.

We want you to:

  • Monitor, triage and manage SAP-related incidents and service requests through ServiceNow and JIRA
  • Resolve 1st and 2nd line SAP support tickets, including transaction errors, process issues and user navigation queries
  • Support the Business Applications Manager in analysing SAP-related business requirements and identifying practical system or process improvements
  • Investigate recurring SAP issues, identify root causes and help implement sustainable resolutions
  • Escalate complex SAP functional, technical or integration issues to the appropriate internal teams or external partners
  • Maintain clear ticket records, resolution notes, user updates and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with documentation of SAP processes, user guidance, requirements and technical specifications where required
  • Support related business applications, retailer systems and interfaces where they interact with SAP or core business processes.

About you

Excellent BA skills with experience including:

  • User requirements gathering and workshop facilitation
  • Translation of user requirements into technical specifications
  • Business process re-engineering/streamlining.
  • Solid experience of day-to-day application support/resolution
  • Strong experience in producing easy-to-follow training collateral
  • Strong Experience supporting ERP, CRM, BI platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships to support the delivery of business initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Strong team player, comfortable to work and communicate with all levels of the business
  • Ability to think outside the box to provide solution options to support business initiatives
