📍 Location: Hammersmith, London, 5 days per week (minimum of 3 days per week in the office)

The Role:
Are you curious about technology and how businesses use systems to operate every day? We're looking for a Business Applications & Support Apprentice to join our Technology team and learn how FitFlop's core business systems support our people, products and customers around the world.
Working alongside experienced technology professionals, you'll help provide support for business applications, troubleshoot issues, assist users and gain hands-on experience with a range of enterprise systems. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in technology, business systems, or IT support while earning and learning.
You'll report to the Heads of Technology and work closely with our NetSuite Administrator, Solutions Architect, BI team and other technology specialists.
The Responsibilities:
Learning & Support Business Applications:
- Learn how FitFlop's key business systems work and how they support different departments across the business.
- Help investigate and resolve user questions, application issues and data queries.
- Support users by providing clear and friendly guidance when they need assistance.
- Assist with application testing, setup changes and system improvements.
- Learn how to monitor systems and identify potential issues before they impact users.
- Assist with the day-to-day support of applications including: NetSuite, Shopify & Hybris, Tableau, Smartsheet, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems, Mulesoft.
Service & User Support:
- Receive and log support requests from colleagues across the business.
- Work with technology team members to investigate issues and determine solutions.
- Keep users updated on the progress of their requests.
- Follow agreed procedures to ensure support requests are resolved efficiently and documented correctly.
- Help maintain support documentation and user guides.

Continuous Improvement
- Contribute ideas that could improve business processes or user experiences.
- Support technology projects and system enhancements.
- Assist with gathering information about business requirements and user needs.
- Participate in testing new functionality and system changes before they are released.
- Attend meetings with business teams to better understand how systems are used.
The Person

Your Qualification:
Alongside your role at FitFlop, you'll work towards a Level 3 Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship, giving you the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification while building valuable hands-on experience. Your apprenticeship learning will make up approximately 20% of your working week, combining structured study with practical application in your day-to-day role.
