What you’ll be doing

As part of the Business Architecture network, you'll play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of the People Transformation programme. You'll support the design of future-state processes, ensuring they align with business objectives and functional requirements, and enable the People Function to work more effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of new HR processes and ways of working.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Facilitate and contribute to workshops, ensuring business needs and change impacts are understood.
  • Document future-state processes and support the creation of operational procedures.
  • Contribute to change management, training, and engagement activities across the programme.
  • Support testing activities, including the development and execution of UAT scenarios and scripts.
  • Work closely with project, data, and reporting teams to ensure successful delivery of programme outcomes.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion a consistent, efficient approach to business processes.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Knowledge of HR/People processes and employee journeys.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed project delivery.
  • A collaborative approach and passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence to challenge constructively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience of process mapping and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of BPMN or similar process documentation tools.
  • Experience working on transformation, change, or HR system implementation projects.
