The Opportunity

Our client is hiring for an experienced Business Architect to play a key role in a major transformation programme within a large insurance environment. This is an opportunity to shape future operating models, improve customer outcomes, and drive meaningful change across claims operations.

Working within a complex stakeholder landscape, you will help define business architecture, lead analysis activities, and support the delivery of strategic and operational transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and shape target operating models, business capabilities, and business architecture frameworks.
  • Lead business analysis and architecture activities across large-scale transformation and change programmes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party suppliers to drive successful delivery.
  • Map and optimise current and future-state processes, capabilities, and customer journeys.
  • Support the implementation of operational, digital, and process transformation initiatives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations around process improvement, organisational design, and capability development.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and support decision-making at senior stakeholder level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
